Food craving is one of the most common obstacles of a person's weight loss plan.  Anyone who wants to lose weight is doomed to fail if he falls prey to this test.

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Exercise

6. Find emotional regress through productive activities

Some people resort to eating when they are emotionally distressed.  This can lead to weight gain and obesity if not addressed promptly.  Instead of eating for emotional reasons, you should try to think of a productive way to cope with your emotional distress.  One of the better things to do is to exercise or indulge in an activity like gardening or stitching.
