By default, we are all born to adapt to nature, and only nature can give what’s best for us.

5. Drink plenty of water

You need water to maintain your body temperature, your body uses it for proper digestion, it is important to make your brain function very well and you also need it to flush out the harmful impurities inside your body.

6. Exercise

Exercise is a vital part of your health as it helps to make you strong and improve your stamina, endurance and overall well being.

Another benefit of exercising is its ability to relieve stress. Several studies show that exercise is an effective way to alleviate depression.
