1. Green Tea

Soy contains isoflavones that help to prevent the development of hormone-related cancers such as breast cancer and prostate cancer.

3. Strawberries

Strawberries contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents that help to fight cancer.  These include vitamin C, folate, fiber, and the ?avonoids quercetin and kaempferol.

4. Spinach

Spinach is a superfood that contains plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help to fight cancer, inflammatory diseases and other major health problems. 

5. Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds are a rich source or omega-3 fatty acids which are known to prevent the development of breast cancer, colon cancer and prostate cancer.  They are also high in fiber content which acts as a good cleansing agent of the colon to protect it from the deadly disease.

6. Coconut milk

Coconut milk contains zinc.  It is a mineral that helps to promote the health of the prostate gland.  A preliminary study showed that zinc is capable of slowing down the activities of cancer cells.

Ingredients:

4-6 fresh or frozen organic strawberries
1 cup washed baby spinach
1/2 cup strong green tea, cooled or frozen into ice cubes
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 cup green tea

Directions:

Use a blender to puree the frozen strawberries until it becomes pulpy.  Add all the other ingredients except the coconut milk and ground flaxseeds and continue to blend until the spinach indistinguishable.  Add the ground flaxseeds and coconut milk to the blend.  Your anti-cancer smoothie is now ready to drink.
