9. Vitamin B8

This vitamin, which is found in yeast, is also known as adenosine monophosphate.  It contains properties which works in your body like the other B complex vitamins.

10. Vitamin B9

Vitamin B9 is Folic Acid.  This water-soluble substance is very helpful in the neurological development of fetuses during the early stages of conception.

The recommended dietary allowance of folic acid is 400 mcg for the average person.  The RDA of B9 for pregnant women is 600 mcg per day.

11. Vitamin B10

Vitamin B10 is also called para-aminobenzoic acid or PABA. It is no longer considered a vitamin, but this slightly water soluble substance is administered on patients who are suffering from Peyronie's Disease.

12. Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is an energy vitamin which is also essential in the health of red blood cells and the central nervous system.  Average people need to take 2.4 mcg of vitamin B12 every day.  There is no upper limit for taking this substance as there are no known side effects for taking larger amounts of this water-soluble vitamin.

13. Vitamin B13

This vitamin is known as the body's mineral transporter.

14. Vitamin B14

This substance has a similar effect as vitamin B10 or B11.

15. Vitamin B15

18. Vitamin D

It is a fat-soluble substance which helps the body in absorbing calcium for bone and teeth nourishment.  The RDA for vitamin D in children is 5 mcg while adults need 10 mcg of this vitamin for balanced nutrition.  It should be noted that too much vitamin D can trigger the development of kidney stones and calcium deposits.

Vitamin E is a fat soluble antioxidant which helps to protect you from the risk of heart attacks or strokes by preventing the oxidization of cholesterol in your arteries.  It role in the regulation of vitamin A in your body helps to promote healthy skin and good eyesight.

20. Vitamin F

Vitamin F is Linolic Acid.  It is an essential fatty acid which helps to enhance the health of your heart.

21. Vitamin H

This substance is also known as Biotin.  This vitamin, which has an RDA of 300 mcg per day, helps to prevent eczema.

22. Vitamin K

It is a fat soluble substance which plays a vital part in preventing blood clot and promoting bone health. The recommended dietary allowance for vitamin K is 90 mcg per day for adult females and 120 mcg for adult males.
