Fruits and vegetables are the best foods that can keep you in perfect health and nutrition. They contain most of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients your body needs for optimum performance and protection from cancer and other diseases.

The regular consumption of processed foods and red meats such as beef, pork, and lamb are associated to lot of diseases like cancer. You should minimize ingesting these foods and focus on eating fresh plant foods and non-fat, non-preservative containing foods instead.
