Aging is an irreversible process, yet people are not too willing to go through this natural experience because youth is too good to lose.

8. Water
Water is not food because it is a drink. But it possesses anti-aging properties that just can’t be ignored. It hydrates your skin and makes it look younger. It also helps to flush out toxins which would otherwise keep your immune system busy. You should drink plenty of water to stay healthy and strong. Avoid drinking sodas and sugary, caffeinated or alcoholic drinks as substitute for water because they can cause dehydration instead.
