2 1/2 cups strawberries

1/2 cup Strawberry Nectar, 12.5 or 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt

1 pitted peach

2 cups ice

Direction:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve before the ice melts.

2. Strawberry Recipe No. 2

1 cup vanilla soy milk

1 banana, broken into pieces

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

1/8 teaspoon dried lavender, optional

Direction:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds or until you get your desired smoothness.

2. Serve.
